Arena crashing and award not claiming

Whenever I play arena the game just starts crashing all because I plant the lemon aid plant and I was always winning the game but since it crashed I wasted multiple gauntlets and potentially 10’s of crowns and also when I got 50 crowns I should receive x20 piñatas but for some reason it doesn’t auto claim
