Arena Problem

I was playing arena 20 minutes before it was going to end and I was in 3rd place, so I was going to be promoted to the next rank. I was also around 10 points higher than the person in 4th place. At this time I was watching the clock run down because there was only a couple seconds remaining until arena was over. When the clock hit zero I was still in 3rd place, but it kicked me out of arena and it said that arena had maintenance come back in 5-10 minutes. When I came back it said that I got 4th place, I stayed in the same league, and I got less rewards. Its just kinda annoying that I grinded the arena out this week and I was scammed out of progression and rewards.
