Arena reward claimed but plant missing

Hello,

I reached the required cups in Arena / Tournament of Champions to claim the featured plant reward.
However, after claiming it, the game shows the reward as already claimed, but the plant does not appear in the Almanac or in my inventory (it is not unlocked and I did not receive any seeds).

I have restarted the game several times and carefully checked the Almanac, but the plant is still missing.
This appears to be a synchronization issue, as the reward is marked as claimed but was not delivered.
