- linuxPigPen5 years agoSeasoned Ace@atarr2814 When that happens to me, it usually means I have a really bad wifi connection. Have you tried a hard restart?
I have the same issue for IPad platform. It is so frustrating. It started on December 18 and cost me over 10 gauntlets. The marigold hour glass keeps on turning and does not allow you to choose a plant. It is not due to a bad wifi connection.
It seems to be an intermittent issue. Now it is working again... Very random. Costing free plays and gauntlets...

There have been a big data push recently and if you are happened to be in a poor WiFi/internet reception area, there might have been data corruption resulting incomplete update, if things are not improving, I fear th options are limited.
1) wait for the next update and hope this fixes the issue
2) try re-install the game and see if this clears the fault. Warning, before doing the re-install, please make sure you make a note of your player ID and register your email with EA if you have not yet done so because you might need it to get the HELP CENTER staff to recover your account.
Also note if you do reinstall the game you will be classed as a new player and the shop will have different offers for two days.
