Problem concerning the gem offers

Hello,

so i had some bugs on plants vs zombies 2 like the inability to watch an ad to get arena gauntlets, so i decided to reinstall the game, wich resolved the issue,

but when checking my progression of another game to get gems via the offers section, i noticed that i can't see it anywere, have i removed my offer by reinstalling the game ?

I had to reach level 35 in the game township to get around 750 gems, but that offer is nowhere to be found... How can i get my offer back ?
