Blaze leaf final tournament keeps crashing every time.

Oh, and I should mention that the Help function in the app doesn't work.  Tapping the help icon doesn't do anything.  It and the EULA, Policy, User Agreement all are not working.  They show a circle instead of an arrow on the right side of the screen.

I logged in to do a free practice run, selected my plants, and pressed okay, and it crashed. The last tournament was wonky, but at least I could play it.

Update:I can see that some people are able to play the Arena tournament since their progress is displayed.   I've tried deleting the game from the ipad, reinstalling and reloading data.  That worked but the same problems remain: no help function available and Arena tournament crashes every time as it loads, before I can select plants or anything else. 

I have the same problem! And I have lost my progress in the tournament and I have wasted 3 gloves for nothing. Does EA give us back what we have lost?

It is really upsetting that no fix is available even after a me too movement.

I still can't get the new Blaze Leaf plant - the game on my ipad crashes every time I try to go into the screen to unlock it (since I have enough points now), but...

Here's a workaround to the crashing.  Flush the cache (on my ipad, I close the app so it's not running in the background then restart the app), then in the tournament, select only certain plants.  I experimented in the practice screen to figure out which plants don't crash the game.  I'm using lightning plants.  Then flush the cache before playing again.  Annoying but allows me to stay in the Jade tier..  

Hopefully the crashes will eventually get fixed, since blaze leaf is useless when it can't be upgraded beyond level 1.
