Board 18 on Big Wave Beach bug

I can't get pass the 17th board on Big Wave Beach, when I try to play board 18 the commentary from dave and penny starts then the game force shuts down. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

daily quests
the quest for playing the plant of the week event stays even after you finish the event that week, and since it's still there, you can't complete the quest to complete all daily quests.

plant nursery energy regeneration
the timer for energy regen for the event resets every time you enter the event menu, and the energy that regenerates drains as well.
