It won't let me buy anything.

I don't know what's wrong. I don't know if it's a function I haven't enabled or disabled, but in PVZ2, when I log in and try to buy something, it says "you are not authorized to purchase" or it just keeps showing the loading screen. It would be great if someone could tell me how to fix it.
