Subject: Missing Cactalog Arena Reward – 501 Crowns Reached (iCloud Account)
Hello EA Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with missing Arena rewards in Plants vs. Zombies 2.
I worked hard to earn 500 crowns in the Cactalog Arena Season to unlock Cactalog. I have now reached 501 crowns, and all rewards up to 500 crowns are marked as claimed.
However, Cactalog is still locked in my Almanac, showing only 190/250 seed packets. I am missing 60 seed packets despite completing all the required milestones.
Important account information:
My actual Plants vs. Zombies 2 game progress is saved through my Apple iCloud account, NOT my Xbox account.
I was unable to create or sign in to an EA account due to age restrictions, so I had no choice but to sign in using my Xbox account to contact support.
Please note that my Xbox account is only being used to submit this support request. My actual PVZ2 game data is associated with my iCloud account.
I have spent over 100,000 KRW on this game, and I am very disappointed that I have not received the reward I earned.
I kindly request that you:
- Investigate why 60 Cactalog seed packets are missing.
- Restore the missing seed packets or unlock Cactalog on my actual PVZ2 game account.
- Help me resolve this issue even though I am contacting you through a different login method.
I can provide screenshots showing my 501 Arena crowns, claimed rewards, and Cactalog showing 190/250 seed packets.
