Subject: Popular Peashooter Pack - User Not Authorized Error

Hello EA Support,

I have a problem. I can't claim the Popular Peashooter Pack. 

I keep getting "User Not Authorized" error.

I tried 3 times but it didn't work.

Please help me fix this and send the pack to my account.
