Bugged arena

When you said 9000 points, I assume you meant 9000 crowns. Right now, you should be at the top of the league. However, if you haven't got any rewards as in winning streaks, that would be because you haven't played any of those matches you got crowns for, and only because you probably got it due to a system error.

I know that it can be irritating that you got those crowns without actually playing Battlez, but at least you'll be at the top of your league, and get the #1 league rewards. 

My advice to you is that, now that you don't have to worry about winning crowns, just experiment with different plants and strategies in Battlez.

Make a case in EA under Missing Content. Give them the number of crowns you previously had and a screenshot of you current Battlez page along with your account id.

If it's what I think it is, it has happened to some players as well. You can ask for your missing rewards by contacting the Help Center, you can find the link below. They can be slow at responding to your ticket (can take days especially these days), but usually they're helpful with missing item cases.

You can also prepare a screenshot of your bugged Arena page, as well as taking note of your Player ID. You can find your player ID by tapping the setting icon in the game, then go to the build version. The Help Center may need the player ID to identify your profile, so that they can give you your missing rewards/fix the bug in your profile.
