Buying new plants
I've been trying to buy a new plant for over an hour, but it just continually says processing order. I've even been playing the game itself and when I check to see if plants has downloaded, it still ...
Well today my card was charged $4.99 for a plant that i ordered yesterday and is still pending in the plant tab. Not only that, if I click on anything in that same tab it just keeps pending & spinning and I can't get out of the tab unless I force shut down the whole game. Is there anyone I can get in touch with, I really don't want to have to get a new credit card...again?
@Qu33nbee2 You will need to submit an EA Help ticket. You will need to provide to the EA Help screenshots of the purchase information. If you can, see if you can get a refund from Google. If not, you can also dispute the chare on your credit card, because you were charged and you have never received the plant.
This "restore purchase" is a known bug and now function of the game. There are quite a few topics on this forum on the issue/problem. There are instructions on how to get into the store, but you can no longer purchase anything in the Store using real world money until this function is somehow fixed. It has been going on for months now.

Thank you. What is an EA ticket? I've never gone through this before.
You tap HELP at the bottom of the page and make out a missing content report and you will have to attach screenshots of proof of purchase etc as well as your player id numbers.
Don't be surprised if you get messed around, if you read the last few month's posts a lot of players are having the same problem as you and EA aren't being too helpful.
