Crashing out in many activities

I’m having the same issue. On my old android phone  it works fine. Please fix it!

Same issue. It just crashes constantly now.

as someone else had suggested, I tried to write a bug report. However, the bug report form is also glitched.

It demands that you input the device the game is played on… Which is sensible.

However, the keyword search is broken for that field. So despite typing in.” Apple iPad.” it would not accept that as an answer. For what to properly in input.

But maybe if the rest of you can make that work maybe we can get some attention to our problem

How do you write a bug report? My mum has the same issue and I want to resolve it for her.

Typing “IOS “instead of apple Ipad did the trick for me!

I have written 2 bug reports.

The song is gone for crashing while playing game should now be crashes when opening game.  I was at least able to do a little bit of the tombtsstic game… but now, it’s totally pointless.  

Just like the last time this happened 2 years ago, they have put out an update that makes the game highly unstable. It crashes near constantly and most of the features of the game are inaccessible as a result for many players on many devices.  All the constant crashing I had 2 years caused my account to be wiped a couple times and it needed recovered from backups by support.  Makes me wary of even touching the game now because I don't want to go through that again.
