A screen comes up and while trying to claim the rewards it jumps straight back to the Home screen

I tried clicking on the symbol and got this

@Lambsy65 Now this is a new one I have never seen before.
The reward seed packets given to you must be from the plant with no name! 🤭
Well at least they have now fixed it and got the usual random seed packets.
