Purchase Error

In Plants vs Zombies 2, when I try to purchase a plant, I receive the error "You are not authorized to purchase on this device".
I am logged into my Google account, my payment information is up to date, but the problem persists.
Please authorize my device and re-enable in-app purchases for my account.
