Can’t rent a plant

Same with me. Can't rent plants 

I also keep getting an error when I try to go to EA help.

I cannot rent plants either. I also cannot go to the sun. Every time I click on the sun, it kicks me out of pz2.

Same issue for me. I wrote here, in this forum, a thread about that two weeks ago, but nobody answered. It's very difficult to talk with a guy from the customer support to learn what's happening...
