Can’t turn in my “complete 8 daily activities “ reward

This is the second time this week that I had a problem with turning in the reward for completing 8 daily activities. When I press the button “claim” the flower starts to build, not then it never increases my gem count and the claim button never turns gray. I restarted the program, no help.
