Cannot claim “Complete 8 Daily Activities!” award

No matter how many times I click on CLAIM or refresh, close the window, quit and restart the game, I cannot clam this award. You can see I have tried clicking on claim and it loading at 7h and 53min left, but after it has loaded at 7h 52min left I still have not obtained my gems. This has happened multiple times and it is unfair that the largest gem award is the only one that cannot be claimed. Please look into this issue.
