Cannot claim completed event tasks

I completed my weekly tasks today and when I went ahead to claim them, my game suddenly crashes. Is there a way to fix this? I don't want to lose the mints and gems I worked so hard since they're a big reward during this time.

    I'm using my iPhone SE iOS Version 16.3.1 to play. Fortunately, I didn't have to delete the game and sign back in. I just waited for couple days and today when I click the "Claim All" button, I was able to gather both my rewards.

    Guess this solves my problem to wait patiently for about 2 weeks until the rewards are working again. I appreciate the help from both @katexyz123 and @EA_Cath . This was almost nerve wrecking to miss those rewards but in the end, it takes time to get it working again! 😃

    I believe so, @EA_Cath . According to the App Store, it was updated 5 days ago (as of today), which is on March 18 (Saturday). This makes sense because the unclaimed event tasks were in the duration of the Peashooter Boosterama and the Wild West Wipeout epic quest (I'm sure that's still ongoing until the end of following week).

    This happened to me too. I got rid of it by deleting my game data and signing back in. I'm not sure what kind of device you're on, but make sure you have your data being synced somewhere before you delete the local data.  

    Note that this won't help you claim the reward, but it will clear it out so you don't have to keep looking at it and getting kicked out every time you accidentally try to claim it.
