the claiming buttons are not working. When claiming it just shows like this and nothing happens, cannot claim the rewards

My daily activities don’t update today, please help, I finished all tasks today but can’t be updated

Tried claim all and iclaiming individually the daily rewards. The daisy petals rotate then nothing is claimed. Tried reporting the issue but the question What platfotm are you using doesnt accept any answers. Please help
