cannot claim rewards

I am playing plants vs zombies 2 on an android tablet. For the past 2 days I am unable to collect the daily quest rewards. Player ID AD932AA9 E42D 45AA 9AB5 6A2AB7EBD994

I cannot collect any of my daily rewards for completion of daily tasks.

Problem: There is a problem where I cannot claim my daily rewards. Every time I click, it will just load for a brief moment then nothing will happen.

It's been two days and I cannot claim daily rewards. This is effecting my gameplay. What's the point of playing if I am not getting said rewards.

Понимаю у меня тоже самое и награды просто весят и не могу получить.

This is my problem too since yesterday. We will loose our rewards — gems, coins, mints.
