Hey @Kelartest , this issue is being investigated at the moment. Apologies for the inconvenience! I sent this exact screenshot and opened a case asking for my 10 gems, even though this has happened to me many times. I just get the runaround. Case says waiting for player but when I ask waiting for player to do what? They ignore me and mark case as fixed. Then I get surveys asking if my problem was solved, would like to tell them no, but the survey links don’t work.

Hey @mimi46253229 , I noticed that sometimes, email cases are stuck in "Waiting for player" or just closed automatically by the system. To report bugs, it's best to post in this forum directly because we can raise them directly to the teams. Even if you get in touch with an advisor, they will most likely redirect you here. This has happened to me 5 times or so. Browser won’t let me upload screenshots.
This keeps happening to me. I am owed at least 70 gems at this point.
If I go back to main screen between completing each daily quest this sometimes helps with completing the “8” quest.
But also daily quests on my other profiles are either not populating at all or do populate but then disappear all but one.
I have tried force syncing, registering and also reinstalling app FYI.
and now I have no events at all on any profile.
when I reinstalled there does seem to be a second “new” account assigned to me. (Maybe it needs to be deleted?). See attached.
I course the one that was current, I don’t know at else to do but give up on this app.
do I have to delete some of my in-game maybe profiles? aammpp is my main in -game profile fyi.
if I have to to delete some of the others please let me know, (See attached), I would prefer to not lose the gems, go,d and seeds on each though.
Please DO NOT delete your profiles as this will not likely to solve the issues you have experienced.
If you have no events, could you check what version of update you are running? the current 11.4.1 and the next release 11.5.1 is already made available for selected Android users.
Yes I am on 11.4.1. On iOS.
and another fun problem….now the PVP for each profile thinks it is my main trying to play.
Meaning that if the people who share this app play PVP on their profile…the PVP IDs them as me in the PVP rankings.
Also thank you. I will not delete profiles.
and if it helps diagnose the issue….each profile does have the special events (like plant of the week and zombieseum).
It is the daily events and the PvP arena itself that have problems.
a) daily events disappear or do not populate at alll
b) “8 events” mission completed but not giving reward (sometimes)
c) PvP arena on each profile IDs player as main profile player
so…🤷🏻♂️😅😆😕

1. Could you confirm what event or evens is/are missing?
2. For the (PVP) Arena mode, it is correct that all profiles on the same account shares the Season tournament's ranking. So if you have 5 profiles and play them all, let's say with 20 wins each (100 points each) on the same week, your leaderboard adds up to 100 wins (500 points) on the leaderboard.
Edit: Just seen your reply with with further details.
a) Do you play the different profiles with different devices? if so there might have been device syncing issue.
b) The unobtainable 10 gems rewards bug is a recently introduced and PopCap is working on a fix. There are some workarrounds posted here but so I think for Android devices so not sure if it works on iOS, you can search here and have a try on each method if you wish.
