Can't buy the new gatling pea, keeps giving me an error message

Hi, I have been trying to buy the new gatling pea bundle, it's one of my favorite plants from the original and I wanted to get my hands on it.

Everytime I try to buy it, it gives me an error message.

1. I've restarted my phone

2. I've restarted the App

3. My connection is fine, I tried both cellular and wifi.

Please don't send me an automated response and actually help me. I've been reading answers HQ threads about this issue so I already know you guys don't actually help at all unless I've done literally everything to make sure it's not on my end. So here it is. It's not on my end, so please help me.
