CAN'T COLLECT MY DIAMONDS

I have a problem for a long time time now. I complete all my daily tasks and I can collect them, but when I am trying to collect the 10 diamonds for completing the other tasks it does not let me no matter if I log out and log in again. It doesn't happen everytime but it's happening reallyyy often and its frustrating because i have lost a lot of diamonds!
