Can't contact customer support

EA customer support was always so good but now it turned the same way like all other big companies.You can't contact them. I tried to send an email but get only an auto generated message. 

Finally if you click on the can't log in issue you get to the form which they used to have to contact them. But you can't actually click on the send email button at the bottom.

This is so annoying.

Anyone has the same problem?

My problem is that my game crashes everytime I play pennies pursuit. I can play arena. This started happening a week ago and I don't know what to do

Any help or advice would be much apprechiated

    @machinecooks 

    You need to tap HELP CENTER at the bottom of this page, find pvz2 and the only type of complaint that you will get a reply from is a missing content report.

    Bug reports just get kicked upstairs to the dev who deals with bugs and ignored.

    @MAGICDAVESHROOM I just tried that option but there is no topic Missing Content report.... (they must have read your reply and deleted it 😄)

    @machinecooks On the home page of the game press the wrench then press help, a form will come up and there should be the missing content option

    I just tried it and found this.

    On my newest device it had a scroll down menu. (Both android).

    @Lambsy65 I tried that and I am getting to the same page with all the links.. (on the left I found 3 questions related to missing content) and when I click on that I have the option to email them... yay... thats the first time I got that far... at least something! thanks so much

    @machinecooks You’re very welcome,I’ve just tried myself to check if the option is still there and it is,you should be able to create a case and they will email you but don’t expect it to be wuick

    I submitted the HELP me email several times and it has been week we’re all my content has been missing and I am unable to play.  I have yet to hear from anyone to help. I saw a chat option once but it was an hour wait to speak to someone … I should have just waited an hour and now who knows if I will ever get my missing content back .. that is what I get for investing all this time on this game

    @santana0773 they used to be amazing with their help, but I guess now its all about money... I spend 7 years on this game and I would be gutted if the progress where gone...(I lost it once when I got another phone, but they restored everything) Hope this guys read the comments on this forum... I might start a new topic. Keep hassling them and where did you see the chat option? that would be great to know
