Cant contact game advisor

For some reason before i could contact game advisor via live chat and now one day i went in and wanted to ask some more questions about pvz2 and i did the same as usual BUT NOW i only get contact with email and i cant change it because for some reason its my only option i mean i cant even choose but before i could contact game advisor with live chat is this a glitch that now i cant contact a game advisor with live chat???

    Hey @abc576080730

    Usually the contact method given will depend on the best route for what's being reported.

    Via Popcap directly I believe it will always be email, through help.ea.com it could be one of a few methods but as mentioned above it can differ. What was it you needed assistance with?

    @abc576080730 - It will depend on the topic you've chosen i.e "account management". The communication offered (email, chat, phone etc) will depend on this as it will try and route you through to the best place.

    If you're getting the option of chat but it's not connecting then you may need to try clearing your cache/cookies or using a different browser. Programs like Adblock can also sometimes get in the way of chat connecting.

  • Have the same problem. The issue was opened on 30th of June with status "In progress" and now "Waiting on player". BUT - what a surprise, there is no possibility to contact with advisor. Sounds very very unprofesional to just take a money for games with ZERO support. I bought a game to son who is asking me every day whether Mr. Advisor already contact us - no my dear, there is still no reply. Moreover Ive checked the e-mails and status on EU super help portal, where even a "chat with advisor" is no longer active. And dont tell me there is also another solution - NO, there is NOT. Just clicking between two windows - "Check your case" and "Recomended". In the most of the case Im quite calm, but this all case is more than a disturbing. Thanks
