Cant find my account

I have been having issues with plants vs zombies 2 . It kept crashing so after looking for help , took a screen shot of my player id and unstalled the game. I reinstalled it put my email in and bought up 2 identities neither which were the one I took a screen shot of. I reached out to Support and got an email saying they were have technical difficulties to check back tomorrow.  So I did and waited another 72 hours and got the following response :

Thank you for contacting EA Help. My name is Jaikish and I would assist you with your Plants vs. Zombies 2 issue today.

I really appreciate for providing the requested information.

Please let me share that we are still unable to locate the account due to some technical issue.

I would request you please contact us back after some time to assist you further in this case.

My issue still hasn't resolved

    You should only have to register once, there is an issue if you enter your email address using autofil, it adds an extra blank space to the end of your email address that must be removed.

    I suggest that you revisit your case and ask them what's happening.

    Did you sign up to EA's email registration scheme?

    It can send a unique code to restore your account to your registered email address.

    @MAGICDAVESHROOM I didn't know you had to register multiple times . This is my 3rd time playing this game the first time I just finished the Wild West the 2nd time my son accidentally deleted the app I came here and I got help in registering my email . But it didn't work that time either so I restarted all my progress all my plants were gone and I figured since I registered my account this time I could get it restored but still nothing

    @luisboi1223   I guess you mean the cloud icon is NOT showing up.  If this is the case please be aware that email register is NOT available to children, so if you have entered your age as a child when it installed, it is correct that the cloud is omitted for legal reasons.
