Can't play favorite event because game error

The latest event was just released, I only played for one day and the next day when I wanted to play, I got an error, every time I entered the game, the mission board would appear and I couldn't exit by clicking the X in the corner and I could only exit by re-entering the game from somewhere which means I can't play this event again
