Chili bean doesnt always work

Lately I notice the chili bean doesn't work properly. Sometimes it works on like a conehead zombie and other times it won't. There was a new update today and I tested it again in Ancient Egypt level one. Out of the 14 beans I was able to place it only killed 4 zombies. The rest of the time they eat it and keep walking. Not sure what's up with that.

Same for me - it worked all right the first time after starting the game, but stopped working properly during the last week.

  • It's not functioning. The zombie that ate it didn't die and the zombies behind it are not stunned by the gas. It's just like a decoration, no function at all. Ok, it may stall the zombie for 0.5 seconds when eating the bean.

    EA please do something.

Lots of players have noticed chili beans's lack of performance lately, probably because EA have switched to chEAp Chinese🇨🇳 bEAns as part of a cost cutting exercise.

We demand proper farts from our chili bEAns, farts that stun zombies properly and not just for show.

As the greatest purveyor of beans (Heinz) once said:

    MEANZ

    FARTZ!

*rolls eyes* China's chili beans would be spicy so flames should be coming out not farts.  With all these bugs recently, I am wondering whether they removed their testing team or something in the dev center changed.

Chilli beans are also not working for me.  Quite annoying in one of the Jurassic marsh event days because it didn't kill the zombie. I think it only killed the imp, but not quite sure.
