I had a similar experience years ago which led to me putting the game down. I too had played for several years and have spent money on the game which I never do. They pissed me off so I left. I have sent an email to make a case again for the problem they wouldn't address back then. We will see what happens this time...
I put in the same complaint again two days ago and i just got a case fixed email from EA HELP CENTER.
Before anyone starts cheering, those 300 missing aquavine seeds haven't been added to my profile, or any of my other profiles either.
I have tried resuming the case, but it tries sending me off here.
