Plants Vs Zombies 2 Random Full Progress Reset

I had recently finished Neon Mixtape Tour and had just unlocked Hurrikale when my progress was randomly wiped. Unfortunately, this happened a while ago, so I don’t remember every detail. I’m not sure if all my progress can be restored, but I do have achievements unlocked for the worlds I completed before the full reset, if proof is needed.

At the time, I wasn’t logged in, so I’m not sure if that may have caused the issue. I’ve been trying to work my way back to where I was, but I thought an admin at EA or PopCap, or the community might be able to help.

Also, while I was trying to progress back to the beginning of Jurassic Marsh, my gems were randomly doubled, I’m unsure if this affected my coins too. Is there any way to reset my gem count so everything is fair for Arena?
