Crashing out nonstop

My Plants vs Zombies 2 has been constantly crashing out!! I’ve complained about this issue for months possibly a year by now and no one has fixed this issue!! I even updated my game every time a new update comes out and I even updated my device and nothing has changed. At this point I don’t know if I even have hope for Pvz2. I’ve played this game since 2016 and this game truly means a lot to me from the bottom of my heart!! Does anyone else have experienced this issue??
