Daily Calendar not giving rewards some days

Question

I've been noticing this problem for the past few months, in that at the end of every month I still haven't accrued enough to get the last one-or-two days worth of rewards even though I've played every day.

This month the problem is more evident, as seen in the first screenshot taken today. Last night after I got a daily calendar reward, it showed a 3-hour timer icon on Blastberry Vine, but today there was no reward and instead it shows a 12-hour timer icon on Blastberry Vine still.

I have two players on this device, and the other player got all the daily rewards for this month so far, as seen in the second screenshot. You can also see the difference of 3 days worth of rewards between the two players even though we've both played every single day. But note that the other player has also seen the one-or-two days worth of rewards missing the last few months, though not this month (yet).

IF a same PVZ2 account is played on multiple devices, you will need to get them to sync to the server or they will show the problem you are reporting.

Below is something you can try on the next reward tomorrow:

Ensuring the the App is closed on both devices
On the device with the correct date (Misha), start the App as normal, collect the reward on day13. Once this is done. Exit back to the main menu. Click the cloud button (near the bottom left of the screen) then click the Force Sync Player Data button. Exit back to the main menu. enter the game, check the rewards date. Close the App.
On the device with the wrong rewards date (Lurch), start the ApP and from the main menu, clcik the cloud button and then click the Force Sync Player Data button, exit back to the main menu, enter the game and check the reards date.
If the two devices are in sync, then they should show the same rewards date.
