A few EA devs do occasionally visit this forum and leave the odd comment, but the fact is that EA HELP CENTER service levels have dropped drastically in the last year.
Now i think that they have closed down the pvz2 indian call center and are trying to replace it with an AI.
This isn't working out well as i found out having submitted the same complaint several times only to have it marked as closed or fixed, when it hasn't been.
It sounds like you have a variation of the resources doubling bug, but what normally happens is that a player's resources keep on multiplying until the game can't cope with the numbers and the coins set to zero and won't budge, in which case EA HELP CENTER has to reset everything.
