I have not had any contact with EA for a week but I am definitely not done with them.
Does a resource reset ONLY affect your resources and leaves your plants and other stuff intact? It sounds like the answer is obvious but I feel like I need to ask.

It's time for an update. I have contacted EA Help a handful of times after the new year.
The latest attempt which I made tonight made the advisor offer me 250K coins, 600 gems and 25 gauntlets as some kind of "good will" as they are not able to fix my resources. I assume that this means that all resources will be wiped and these will be the new numbers on my profile. I started the game to see if anything was changed, but no. I was then told to unistall the game and install it again and to try the troubleshooting guide if it did not work. After uninstalling and re-installing the game I can conclude that nothing was changed. It's possible that the resources were added but haveing 6,5 million gems and a negative balance of 1,74 billion coins makes it hard for me to keep track of pocket change.
I hope someone from the dev team can see this message and will be able to help me.
