EA-PVZ2 giving up on Android & iOS users?

The game started bugging out after the latest update 2 weeks ago. I couldn't do arena or pennys pursuit. I couldn't collect rewards. The game would crash constantly. Out of frustration I deleted & reinstalled the game hoping it would fix. I thought I had everything saved to the cloud. I lost all game progress. I have tried EA help several times and am getting frustrated with the stupid AI chatbot asking me the same questions over & over. I have no idea how to recover my account. I had my player ID screenshot but no idea where to go to get me back planting. 

Pissed off to say the least.
