ERROR MODE ARENA

I had an issue with Arena mode: it wasn't registering my choice for the second reward—well, it actually did register it, but the game wouldn't respond when I tried to click "Accept." I decided to close and reopen the game; everything seemed normal, but I didn't receive the gem, gold, or candy rewards. I wanted to know how to fix this problem.
