Fail to save Player Data

What's Going on?

I lost my progress... again. Today I playing. I win Penny, Piniata etc. I closed game.

When I'm back my progress gone. I have only User Dave profile...

I sended message to EA, with my Player ID. Now I'm wait for answer.

But this is second time. I lost my progress months ago.

Hi my friend

I have my profile. EA fixed and bring my profile back. Now I start use cloud always before I close game. For save my progress always.

Before: I used only on ending Day. Time for changes.
