Freeze screen

I am experiencing a problem in Plants vs. Zombies 2. Whenever I try to access the “switch account” option, the game completely freezes, preventing me from continuing.

I have already tried some basic troubleshooting steps, such as restarting my phone, clearing the cache, and testing on other devices, but the issue still persists.
