Game Crashes

The app is constantly crashing. I cant complete daily quests or adventure levels and I am on level 28 of the beach world. I have spent countless hours and unlocked several plants with gems. The game is now unplayable. I have cleared the cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing has fixed the problem. Support in game and through google has been pointless. I would love this to be fixed so I can continue my game. I have emailed EA and have been ubsuccessful previously with pvz 1. HOPEFULLY with pvz2 EA gets thier act togetger and actually fixes the issue.

@VickerStickers Can I ask, did you do the last update and are you using an up to date device to play the game on with the latest software

When interacting with PVZ2 I have experienced multiple spontaneous crashes in the arena, pinata party, Penny's pursuit and even while watching ads. Anyone else?

Are you playing on an up to date device with the latest software and do you have the latest version of PVZ2 installed

I have also been having a *ton* of spontaneous crashes in game today. In every part of the game. Mid arena, mid Penny's, adventure levels, store.... all of them. My game and phone are updated.

I am facing the exact same issue. I usually play it for arena, pianta and events but since 1st January, I am unable to play even one single game without crashes. The crash occurs in menu, watching ads, playing arena and events. The App cant even run for 2 constant minutes. The game is up to date.

I'm having the exact same problem too!! The game crashes anywhere between 2mins - 5mins whenever I load up the game on my Samsung 22 Ultra. It's been happening since Christmas 2022 with the new winter update. It's frustrating because you can't get paid for winning penny's pursuit, or even an Arena fight.
