Game doesn't proceed to the next level

After I finish level in Plants vs Zombies 2 (Adventure) and choose "Go to next level" or "Return to map" — loading is endless. The only variant is to restart the game. This bug appeared when I started playing game on iOS. Earlier I played on Android and didn't have this problem. 

Also this issue dissapears when the internet is off

How to fix that bug? In the AppStore i read that many people have the same issue and are very frustrate about it

    Thank you for the feedback.  If this does not help, the last option is to delete the game and perform a re-installation.

    This suggests you have either a forced ads loaded incorrectly or some data corruption has occurred.

    Could you try toggle the "Third-party Targeted Ads:" option on/off a few times from the settings and see if this clears the problem please?

    Thank you! Now it helped. However I tried it earlier, and it didn’t. Strange)
