the Garnier ad is still the only ad I’m getting.
You would think that EA games would be keen to sort this out as the adverts generate them income.
By my estimate I have not gained 57 gems, 12 gauntlets, at least 15,000 coins and 45 upgrades to plants.
That you cannot contact EA games is extremely annoying and shoddy customer service.
It’s not just this game either there’s a similar complaint on the sim city forum.

@i6n1trpsdx5r What device are you playing the game on?
I ask because I have the same ads showing up on my iPhones and it seems to work when I click the x in a circle near the top left corner.
It’s an iPhone 7, when I click that x it closes the advert but no reward. There doesn’t seem to be anyway to get the advert to complete its cycle.
