I want to earn gauntlet and gems by watch free video rewards but doesn't show up even I woke up today especially yesterday didn't get any free gems & gauntlet rewards during current versions after updating pvz2 sour shot updates is there any thing to fix it?
We just wait until EA fixes it. I would have thought a moderator would have chimed in by now.

today i just wait before the time reset (before 2 pm around 3 min) when time reset it came back to normal such as gem, money, gaulet and free seed. i don't know that call fixed just tired to check your game

I think this is the new bug introduced with the new 12.5.1 update. Could you confirm what update you are running please?
For players are still running 12.4.1, I suggest you hold on to that version for now if you wanted to earn gems/coins/gauntlet by watching ads.

Ever since doing the update no gems gauntlets. It shows that you have reached the maximum views plus the piñata is showing that it’s been played
