Ginete Ardiente really leaves a lot to be desired: Let's discuss its flaws"

Hi everyone,

I’ve been testing Dragon Bruit (Ginete Ardiente) in the Arena, and while the visual design looks good at first, the actual mechanics and animations are very disappointing. It feels like the developers didn't put enough time into it.

The Animation Problem:

The plant lacks fluidity. When zombies get close and it burns them, the fire effect doesn't even look like it's coming from the plant correctly. Since it’s a 'knight,' it would have been amazing if it used a flaming sword to attack nearby zombies. Instead, we got a stiff, lifeless animation.

The Plant Food (Nutrient) Issue:

The Plant Food effect is extremely underwhelming. It launches only two fireballs in random lanes, and they seem to appear out of thin air. There is no animation showing the plant actually firing them, and since the targeting is completely random, it is often useless in a real match. It feels like a generic effect slapped onto the screen without any connection to the plant itself.

Wasted Mechanics (Chess Inspiration):

I love the chess theme, but the execution is poor. It’s supposed to be an 'instant' plant that self-destructs after being bitten, but it has a shield. Why give it a shield if it’s going to disappear anyway?

My Suggestion for a Rework:

Make it a Defensive/Melee Hybrid: Use the shield for real protection.

Sword Attack: While the shield is active, let it strike with a sword.

The Knight Dash: Only trigger the horse/knight jump as a final 'last stand' attack when the plant is finally defeated or eaten.

Most of the community agrees that this plant lacks utility and visual polish. We want plants that feel alive and have logical mechanics! What do you guys think? Does Dragon Bruit feel unfinished to you too?"

After playing a few more matches with Dragon Bruit, I’m still struggling to find its place. I’ve seen some of you guys mentioning other plants that feel similarly 'unfinished'. What's your top 3 of most disappointing plants in terms of design and animation
