Google Play Games login issues.

I play the game since 2016, since then a software called "Google Play Games" stored the data of that accound i had. recently as i heard this function has broke, and haven't been fixed SINCE, no proof of trying to fix it aswell. Btw this application is used in the game to have achievements aswell for the game.
haven't connected the account to my EA Games account because i tought its not that big of a deal to have it connected. And boom, lost account, had multiple transactions.

anyways, my experience with this issue is that if you take it to the EA Support have patience, because the support wont understand your problem, even if you write down everything, confirm everything. They wont. My case has been going for 2 days and they sended an email today that my email is not being watched now. I've done everything, their troubleshooting help pages are not working... 

So guys, good luck out there, i hope no one has to experience this madness that is called "EA Help".
