Help ea custumers no reply

Hi, I created a case on the EA help (I lost my account) since thursday 12th but I didn't receive any reply 

Is anybody know something about this situation ? And there is any other contact to solve my problem ?

    If you tap on HELP CENTER at the bottom of your page then manage your account you can find out the status of your complaints, but it depends on what you classed your complaint as they don't normally reply to bug reports and just kick them upstairs.

    Many thanks for your reply,  I've just created another case and I received an automatic reply and another reply from help center tout give more details.
