Dear EA Support,
I am writing to report an ongoing issue with Plants vs. Zombies 2 that has become extremely frustrating and is causing loss of in-game resources.
The game repeatedly crashes during gameplay, especially while playing the “Birthdays” event/game mode. Each attempt costs 20 energy packs, and when the game crashes, the energy packs are still deducted even though the game does not complete properly.
In addition, when I go to the in-game store and attempt to select a bonus plant piñata for purchase or redemption, the game crashes immediately after selecting the piñata. As a result, I lose my tokens and do not receive the reward.
These crashes have happened multiple times and have caused the loss of valuable in-game currency and progress. I would appreciate the following:
- Investigation into the crashing issues
- Restoration or reimbursement of lost energy packs and tokens
- A fix for the store and event crashes
I enjoy the game, but these repeated problems are making it difficult to continue playing.
