How do you beat penny’s pursuit zomboss in the time allotted?

I have not been able to do this where you get him down seven times in the allotted time. Any suggestions of plants or strategies?

I use caulipower, apple mortar, goldbloom and pokra and the sun bank perk in my mid range profile.

When i have enough sun i put a line of stacked ultomatos along the middle lane.
