ah, swapping/trading seeds would be a great 'new' feature for PvZ2 and has proven to be beneficial in PvZ3 when the feature functions

I got the free ones and just got 2 sets from the pinata party rewards. so you got some in the arena steak pinatas to?? I was getting a bunch of blooming heart seeds in the arena streaks but it's slowed down now I still need 50 to unlock her. I have not seen any ghost pepper seeds in the arena awards tho. I love that little plant!!
