I have problems with the last 2 updates (PvZ2).
Hi, (I'm not a native English speaker so probably yo will read so many errors in this text).
As you can see in the title. From 2 months ago until today I've had the same problems with the game.
When I'm about to play a Penny's Pursuit level the game just closes, that happens 3 times or more until it stops, it feels like the game wants to see me mad. And that's not all, when I click the "Play" button to go against the Zomboss the game just freezes and i have no other choice than force the restart of my device, sometimes I can play everything after losing some levels (and resources) without even playing them (yeah, just doing that).
The same thing happens when I want to play the Arena Mode, but i can't even play a single game of the mode. The game freezes in the loading screen and again I have to force restart my device. I never get an error message or something to force close it, it just freezes. And in some of those forced device restarts, all my profiles just dissapear for no reason and I have to uninstall and reinstall the game, log in with mi EA account just to not find all my progress (again) and all that frustrates me, not just for sending an email and wait hours for a response, but also for all the times I had to do the same and repeat, and repeat... I don't remember how many times I did that.
I don't know how to solve these errors and for the moment I haven't found anything that works. I was hoping PopCap would resolve this in last month's update but everything got worse (now the game closes while I'm in the main menu or a world level). I can only pray that they do it in the next update.
If you know how to solve at least the Penny's Pursuit problem, let me know, it would be very helpful.
